All Pookie Candles products are hand-poured and carefully packaged in the UK.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 working days. During busy periods (such as launches, promotions, or seasonal peaks), processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery service selected and your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Occasional free delivery promotions may apply and will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, this will be included in your dispatch notification.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you read the following carefully.
Candles, Diffusers & Wax Melts

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened candles, diffusers, or wax melts.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
